These terms apply to your use of the Wagly website and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Wagly is an Australian business operating in Queensland.

1. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and product sizes are approximate. All products should be used as described, and pets should be supervised when using mats, toys and accessories.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we'll give you a full refund.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation. All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Wagly or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wagly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
